“Thinking Big Together” – Lewisham Mental Health Connection in 2015

23 brilliant brains came together on Friday 16th January 2015 for the Lewisham Mental Health Connection ‘Thinking Big Together’ planning meeting for 2015.

Pictured are LMHC members, including many with lived experience of mental ill health. in attendance were representatives from Quo Vadis Trust, Hexagon Housing (Newstead Road), Equinox Lewisham, Animals for Therapy, Bromley & Lewisham Mind, Community Connections, SLaM, A Caring Mind, Penrose, IAPT Lewisham, Network Arts, the Mental Health Providers Forum and Family Action – who give their time, ideas and energy to planning collaborative events and initiatives in Lewisham borough, to improve mental health and wellbeing in 2015.

The Lewisham Mental Health Connection have already proved in 2014 that we can achieve very positive things to benefit people with mental health needs in Lewisham and surrounding areas. There’s lots to do in 2015 and we welcome all to join us – including people with lived experience of mental ill health and recovery, family and friends, mental health professionals, carers and local people with an interest in volunteering.
